Lean & thriving, 5K's to Marathons, running was life until I fractured my pelvis... running.
TRIATHLETE
After a devastating diagnosis of osteopenia at age 23, I had a choice. Accept the future painted for me or find another way.
Education, experimenting, and drive to never quit empowered me to build unshakeable body awareness.
TINY & STRONG
I turned my passion into my purpose, chasing muscle definition & power. I overcame my fear of weights & gaining weight. 20 lbs later, a lot of tears, food, & lessons learned. I loved who I was becoming.
HYBRID
Today, my bone density is stronger than ever, I reversed a diagnosis so many women struggle with. I successfully combine endurance & strength. It's life-giving to feel strong, be strong, and feel confident in my skin.
