A homstead wanna be, outdoor adventure seekin’, coffee snob currently living in Colorado.
My mission is to empower women to take ownership of their body. To educate and impact women all over the world on the importance of building a strong body through food, fitness, and lifestyle habits so they can be active well into their 80’s.
My journey started over a decade ago ; a fractured pelvis training for a marathon in my 20’s.
It was devastating and the best gift I’ve could have ever received. It was the catalyst to what SEND is today. To spread the importance of eating nourishing food, lifting heavy for longevity, muscle mass, and bone mass so you can go the distance whenever you want, for as long as you want.
